BATMAN: THE ANIMATED SERIES is Finally Coming to Blu-Ray

The wait is finally over! During New York Comic-Con it was announced that Batman: The Animated Series will get a Blu Ray release in 2018! It was revealed during show’s 25th-anniversary panel.

Warner Bros. representative Gary Miereanu dropped the bombshell while giving away a DVD collection of the show, saying it’ll be the last one he hands out because a remastered Blu-Ray is scheduled to release later in 2018. As of now, we don’t know if the Blu-Ray will use the same four volumes format like the DVDs or if it will be one box set. We also don’t know if it will be in 4K Ultra HD as well as Blu-Ray.

Batman: The Animated Series is one of most beloved animated shows in history. Giving fans arguably the best interpretation of Batman and his entire world.
