The DCAU lives on! We return to the world of Batman: The Animated Series and The New Batman Adventures in a new comic series – Batman: The Adventures Continue. With writers, Paul Dini and Alan Burnett returning, does the series add any value to the legacy of Batman: The Animated Series? Let’s find out! The timeline of this first issue is a little confusing. Superman is the first superhero ever created. He’s the reason DC Comics are where they are today. Being the world’s biggest hero, Superman has appeared in numerous animated adventures. Today, we’re going to look at a brief history at the Man of Tomorrow’s life in animation. We’ll start by going to his first debut on television. BATMAN: THE ANIMATED SERIES is Finally Coming to Blu-Ray
The wait is finally over! During New York Comic-Con it was announced that Batman: The Animated Series will get a Blu Ray release in 2018! It was revealed during show’s 25th-anniversary panel. Warner Bros. representative Gary Miereanu dropped the bombshell while giving away a DVD collection of the show, saying it’ll be the last one he hands out because a remastered Blu-Ray is scheduled to release later in 2018. As of now, we don’t know if the Blu-Ray will use the same four volumes format like the DVDs or if it will be one box set. We also don’t know if it will be in 4K Ultra HD as well as Blu-Ray. Batman:…
