JUSTICE LEAGUE Passes $500 Million at the Worldwide Box Office
DC Films’ Justice League is heading into its third weekend, but ahead of that, the movie has hit a key box office milestone.
According to Forbes, Justice League has surpassed the $500 million mark at the worldwide box office. So far, the film has made about $179 million domestically, bringing its worldwide total to $505 million.
Due to its colossal $300 million production budget (not counting marketing), Justice League reportedly needs to gross at least $700 million in order to break even. Thankfully, we’re just $200 million away from that happening. Hopefully, the movie maintains enough legs to cross that hurdle and generate at least some sort of profit for Warner Bros.
