DC Universe Details Announced; Will Include Older Movies and TV Shows, Comics and More
DC Entertainment has finally shared some details on its upcoming streaming service, DC Universe. And based on the announcement, it sounds like a must for any DC fan. DC Universe will be anchored by original shows, beginning with this year’s Titans. 2019 will see the arrivals of four more shows – Young Justice: Outsiders, Harley Quinn, Swamp Thing, and Doom Patrol. This week, DC announced that a Doom Patrol series is coming out next year on DC Universe. The show is a spinoff from Titans, which will introduce the group later this year. DOOM PATROL Series in the Works at DC Universe
Later this year, DC Entertainment will launch its long-awaited streaming service, DC Universe. The platform will be home to several original shows, such as Titans, Swamp Thing, Metropolis, and the animated shows Harley Quinn and Young Justice: Outsiders. Now, a sixth show has been revealed. DC has announced that a Doom Patrol series is in development at DC Universe. The service made a 13-episode straight-to-series order. Production will begin this year for a 2019 release.
