Cryptic Deleted Scene from BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE Released
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice began its record-breaking run at the box office this past weekend, and it is already a huge win for the DC Extended Universe. However, Warner Bros. is already hyping up the R-rated, three-hour long “Ultimate Edition,” which will be released on home video later this year. Today, the studio has released a deleted scene from the film.
[Warning: The Following Contains Mild SPOILERS From Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.]
Titled “Communion,” the scene shows off more of Lex Luthor inside the Kryptonian ship, where he asked to learn “everything” about other worlds. Here, he sees a vision of an unknown, beastly character. It looks like Mother Boxes are present in the scene, so the character probably has some ties to Darkseid and/or Apokolips. The scene concludes with Lex being arrested.
