DC’s LEGENDS OF TOMORROW Casts its Jonah Hex
Since his debut in 1972’s All-Star Western #10, Jonah Hex has been a fan-favorite character in the DC universe, with his Old West roots providing a change of pace for the fantastic superhero fare usually published by DC Comics. After the first attempt to translate the character to live-action, 2010’s Jonah Hex, starring Josh Brolin, ended in abysmal failure, fans have been clamoring for the character to receive a second chance, and their wish has just been granted.
Having previously been confirmed to appear in the eleventh episode of The CW’s third DC series Legends Of Tomorrow, spinning off from Arrow and The Flash, it has now been confirmed (via Variety) that Hex will be portrayed by actor Jonathon Schaech. Check below to get a glimpse at the new Jonah Hex, sans scars, and be sure to catch the Legends Of Tomorrow premiere this Thursday on The CW.
