The sequel is set to hit theaters on October 7th, 2022, while a female-centric spinoff (starring Spider-Gwen, Spider-Woman and Silk) is in the works. Mortal Kombat has featured several third-party guest characters, Mario and Sonic have shared the screen, and Marvel has faced off with Capcom multiple times. That’s not even counting franchises like Super Smash Bros., which combine countless properties into a single game. Of course, with video games growing bigger and bigger, it’s only inevitable for crossovers to continue. Here, we list five crossovers that we want to see. Some are arguably longshots, while others may be more realistic. Spider-Man Meets Avengers Marvel Games has made a recent comeback in the form of Spider-Man, which is one of the…

Review: AVENGERS: ENDGAME (2019)
The grave course of events set in motion by Thanos that wiped out half the universe and fractured the Avengers ranks compels the remaining Avengers to take one final stand in Marvel Studios’ grand conclusion to twenty-two films, Avengers: Endgame. It’s no stretch to say that Avengers: Endgame is one of the most anticipated movies in history. Marvel Studios has been building up to this moment for 11 years, from the first Iron Man movie. These movies have been huge from the beginning. Anticipation skyrocketed even more after Avengers: Infinity War, which ended in a huge cliffhanger that saw the victory of Thanos and deaths of many beloved heroes. So,…

James Gunn Returns as Director for GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 3
Last summer, writer-director James Gunn was fired from Marvel‘s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. The decision was made after the resurfacing of old tweets, which contained a lot of offensive jokes. Disney‘s decision was met with much criticism. In fact, the Guardians of the Galaxy cast released an open letter supporting Gunn. Since then, Gunn moved to DC, signing on to write and direct The Suicide Squad. But now, Disney has reversed its decision. Gunn is set to return as director for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3. Why the change? Well, Disney chairman Alan Horn has met with Gunn multiple times after the firing, and he was impressed…

REVIEW: AGENT CARTER One-Shot
Haley Atwell is amazing. She’s traversed three forms of media for the role of Peggy Carter, and has rightly deserved every paycheck for it. This short film was received very well. It screened at San Diego Comic-Con, before being released as a special feature with Iron Man 3. The response led ABC ordering a television series. The Agent Carter One-Shot stars Atwell, along with Dominic Cooper returning as Howard Stark and Bradley Whitford as John Flynn, Peggy’s SSR boss. The short focuses on Peggy facing sexism as a member of the SSR, the agency before S.H.I.E.L.D.. This short is a work of art. It tackles the issue of sexism in…

Review: MARVEL RISING: SECRET WARRIORS – A Lazy and Uninspired Mess
The idea of an animated Secret Warriors film was promising. Young heroes like Ms. Marvel, Patriot, Squirrel Girl and Quake taking on an Inhuman war sounds excellent! The execution left a lot to be desired. Here’s our review of Marvel Rising: Secret Warriors. The story is pretty bland. Ms. Marvel (Kathreen Khavari) aspires to be like Captain Marvel (Kim Raver). Her and Squirrel Girl (Milana Vayntrub) are up and coming superheroes. They meet two inhumans who are fighting each other. Dante (Tyler Posey), a young man who just got his powers, and Exile (Booboo Stewart), a Kree warrior who wants to “deliver” inhumans. Our to heroines get involved, as well…
