FLASH SPOILER Review: Episode 5×08- “What’s Past is Prologue”
The Flash (5×08)- “What’s Past is Prologue” 100th Episode Written by: Todd Helbing & Lauren Certo Directed by: Tom Cavanagh In case you’re unaware of the significance, traditionally when shows reach one hundred episodes they are made available to syndication meaning that local stations can buy the rights to previous seasons to air locally. Traditionally this is where a lot shows become truly profitable to the studio as most shows ride that razor’s edge between success and cancelation. What this means in this age of seasons going up on Netflix as the shows go along is unclear to me but that’s not why you came here. Speaking of tradition, most shows mark the occasion in one of three ways.…

After our first real glimpse of the Flash Museum in the future it’s time to give a more in depth introduction to Darth Malgus… I mean Cicada. Totally Cicada, I don’t mean that they totally aped his look from a video game character at all because that would be mean and if you’ve learned anything about me these last four plus years it’s that I’m kind to a fault… SHUT UP! So anyway, in the future Cicada has achieved Jack the Ripper like status because he…

SPOILER REVIEW: Arrow 5.12 “Bratva”
Episode 104: 5 x 12 Air Date: February 8 2017 Bratva In last week’s episode, we traveled to Russia, the focus of Arrow’s famed flashbacks this entire season. In the beginning, we found Oliver and Talia taking down some low-level drug dealers/target practice in a flashback. We see Oliver’s skills come to light. We switch to the present where we find Oliver and Susan in his office, when low and behold Quentin Lance comes back. (YAY) Quentin says he has no intention of hiding his problems and agrees to do an interview with Susan to talk about the alcohol issues. Oliver then runs off to a press conference to thank…

SPOILER REVIEW: Arrow: 5.11 “Second Chances”
Here we go. Please bear with me. I’m new here, I’m a huge fan of Arrow, with a need for a slight romantic vibe, so needless to say, I want Oliver to be with Felicity, but we can get to that some other time. I’ve watched this show from day one, so I’ve been with it through all of its good days and bad days. In my opinion, there’s more good than bad, so I will disagree with many critics of this show. But down to business. This week’s episode covered the introduction of the (potential) new black canary. I’m extremely partial to Katie Cassidy’s portrayal of her, so I…
