Review: PLANET HULK (2010)
Films often have that one scene that defines the entire work. In Planet Hulk, that scene comes in the First Act, when Hulk is fighting Sakaar’s Red King and nearly gets killed. As Hulk lies in the dirt, bleeding out, we briefly see a monster with the vulnerability of Bruce Banner. SHAZAM! Finds Its Shazam in Zachary Levi
It’s been a long time coming. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Shazam! has finally found its star in Zachary Levi, best known for starring on the television series Chuck (he’ll be reprising his role as Fandral in next week’s Thor: Ragnarok as well). Your favorite mercenary is hitting the big screen! According to The Wrap, The Raid director Gareth Evans is in negotiations with Warner Brothers to make a Deathstroke film. Actor Joe Manganiello is attached to star. Ben Mendelsohn in Talks to Join CAPTAIN MARVEL
It seems like the rich get richer. Academy Award-Winning actress Brie Larson is set to star as the main character, legendary actor Samuel L. Jackson is set to co-star, and now esteemed actor Ben Mendelsohn is in talks to join Captain Marvel as the main villain. The news is coming from The Wrap, and they believe that Mendelsohn could be playing the leader of the Skrulls. Logan remains near the top of the list when it comes to best films of the year. It surpassed all critical and box office expectations, transcending what a superhero movie can be.
