Why Warner Bros. Should Still Make a JUSTICE LEAGUE Sequel
It’s been a few months, and DC Films’ Justice League has come and gone. The film received lukewarm reviews and underperformed at the box office; in fact, Warner Bros. lost money on it. Thus, it’d be surprising if the studio spent another dime on the movie, even for the mysterious “Snyder Cut.” But what about a sequel? WB originally announced a second Justice League movie in 2014, back when the plan was to tell the story over two parts. However, the studio abbreviated it to the one movie. And now that the movie didn’t make money, that decreases the chances of any sort of follow-up. I’m probably the only person…

FEATURE: Five LEGO Video Games We’d Love to See
Over the years, LEGO has produced many video games based on many different franchises. These include DC/Batman, Marvel, Star Wars, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, and Pirates of the Caribbean. This year, LEGO is releasing games based on Incredibles 2 and DC Comics’ super-villains. But it’s not gonna end there. LEGO will likely continue producing games based on licensed properties until the end of time. With that in mind, we have some ideas – specifically, how to expand the DC, Marvel and Star Wars brands. LEGO Marvel Super-Villains LEGO is putting DC’s villains at the forefront for a video game, so how long until Marvel gets the same treatment?…

What’s Next For Star Wars After “Solo” Underwhelms?
Solo: A Star Wars Story, the second “Star Wars Story” since the Disney purchase of Lucasfilm in 2012 came out this past weekend to a an underwhelming $84.8 Million, marking this as the least successful installment of the franchise in the Disney era. By all accounts, it is safe to say this is the worst received critical installment of the Disney era as well, and cost over $250 million dollars to make. This number would not seem so high had Solo done even half as well as Rogue One, which literally made over $1 Billion dollars at the global box office. Granted this number came a month after the release, and the…

Why THE LAST JEDI is the Best Modern STAR WARS Movie (So Far)
Since Disney’s acquisition of Lucasfilm in 2012, the studio released three new Star Wars films, with a fourth one out this week. The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi continued the main saga, while Rogue One and Solo are standalone stories that explore other corners of the universe. So far, all four movies have been well received by critics, while fans have been a little more mixed. But for fans, there isn’t one movie that’s more polarizing than The Last Jedi. While the film was a big box office hit and received rave reviews from critics, a lot of fans felt alienated by it, largely due to its story and character decisions.…

There has also been talk of characters like Boba Fett, Yoda, and Jabba the Hutt getting their own spinoffs. But after that? The Star Wars universe is massive, and Disney has shown every intention to milk it dry. So, we’ll be seeing plenty of standalone movies in the future.…
