Fox Renews GOTHAM For a Third Season
Television networks are currently in the process of renewing or cancelling their current shows ahead of the 2016-2017 season. Among these, of course, are DC’s multi-network slate of shows. CBS is likely to renew Supergirl, while The CW is bringing back all four of its DC shows – The Flash, Arrow, iZombie and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow. WONDER WOMAN Scribe Hired to Write DC’s LOBO Movie
For the past several years, Warner Bros. has been trying to get a Lobo movie off the ground. Most recently, in 2012, Brad Peyton was hired to direct, with Dwayne Johnson in talks to play DC’s alien bounty hunter. Both eventually dropped out, with Johnson now set to play Black Adam in the Shazam film. But now, the studio is moving forward with Lobo, as a previous DC writer will now take a crack at it.
