Funko Unveils Four LEGENDS OF TOMORROW Pop! Figures
Funko previously tackled DC Television with products based on Arrow, The Flash, Gotham and iZombie. The latest show to get the Pop! treatment is DC’s Legends of Tomorrow. Today, Funko’s Legion of Collectors has unveiled the (first?) wave of figures based on the series. Four characters will be given Pop! figures: The Atom, Hawkman, White Canary and Firestorm. Harley Quinn and Deadshot Revealed in Latest INJUSTICE 2 Trailer
NetherRealm Studios has released yet another trailer for Injustice 2, revealing two new playable characters in the game: Harley Quinn (voiced by Tara Strong) and Deadshot. The two villains are the stars of DC Films’ latest blockbuster, Suicide Squad, so their inclusion in this video game shouldn’t be surprising. Last year, Batman ’66 stars Adam West and Burt Ward revealed that they are reprising their roles for a new animated movie, based on the classic television series. The workplace comedy centers on an insurance company and its, well, powerless workers in the middle of the DC Universe. DC Films’ Suicide Squad has been making a lot of money at the box office. The supervillain ensemble is expected to cross $500 million worldwide sometime this week, and it has been the #1 movie in North America for two weeks in a row. But the film’s soundtrack is also a big success. Billboard has announced that Suicide Squad: The Album has debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 chart. Now, the DC film is in its second weekend of release, where it had to defend its #1 position from newcomers Sausage Party and Pete’s Dragon. How did Suicide Squad fare?
