Following the success of Arrow and The Flash, The CW is developing a spin-off series that will team up several supporting characters from both shows. The Atom, Captain Cold, Heat Wave, Martin Stein and Canary are set to appear, while newcomers Hawkgirl and Rip Hunter will feature. Casting is underway for a third, unnamed character. Little else is known about this series, which does not have a title yet. And now, executive producer Andrew Kreisberg has again teased the team-up show. Speaking with IGN at WonderCon 2015, Kreisberg reaffirms that the series will be similar to the Arrow/Flash crossovers, but it’ll be every week rather than once or twice per…

And now, a trailer and behind-the-scenes featurette for the movie have gone online, and it promises a shocking new take on the world’s greatest heroes. Red Hood Reportedly a “Top Priority” for DC Cinematic Universe; JOHN WICK Directors Being Courted For a Film
Latino-Review is back with another DC movie scoop, and this one is a doozy. According to the site, directors Chad Stahelski and David Leitch – who helmed last year’s acclaimed action flick John Wick – are being courted by Warner Bros. to take on an unspecified DC film. There are certainly plenty of options for which movie it is. David Ayer and Michelle MacLaren are directing Suicide Squad and Wonder Woman, respectively, while Zack Snyder is set to helm both Justice League movies. Still to officially lock down directors are The Flash (Chris Miller and Phil Lord are rumored to be circling this one), Aquaman (for which both Jeff Nichols and…

Manu Bennett Criticizes ARROW’s Depiction of Deathstroke
Inarguably one of the highlights of Arrow has been Slade Wilson/Deathstroke, played wonderfully by Manu Bennett. After a recurring role in season one, Wilson became the big bad of season two. However, he has only appeared in one episode of the current season. Some fans were disappointed with Slade’s return in season three, since he only had a few minutes of screentime in the entire episode. It appears that Bennett was also displeased with this. Speaking with theMusic, Bennett criticized the direction the Arrow writers took with Deathstroke. “I think Deathstroke had a lot of possibilities with Arrow but, I think they took it in the wrong direction.” He adds…

Directors Chris Miller and Phil Lord Reportedly Circling THE FLASH Movie
The first DC movie to be released after 2017’s Justice League Part One will be The Flash, which will finally give the Scarlet Speedster his own movie. Ezra Miller will play The Flash, but whether he is Barry Allen or another Flash has yet to be confirmed officially. And besides a March 23rd, 2018 release date, little else is known about this take on the Fastest Man Alive. But now, we have our first rumor about who could direct the movie, and if it comes to pass, I don’t think anyone would have a problem with it. According to Latino-Review’s El Mayimbe, The LEGO Movie helmers Chris Miller and Phil Lord…

We recently received the first official image of Jesse Eisenberg in character as the Man of Steel’s archenemy Lex Luthor in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, which revealed that he did indeed shave his head for the role. While he was on Late Night With Seth Meyers, Eisenberg discussed shaving his head for the first time since the photo was released. “I’ve never been able to touch my scalp,” he said. “Yes, it’s freezing. It’s really strange. You know, it’s the kind of thing where you feel like ‘I can really damage myself.’ You wanna wear a helmet. It’s terrifying, it’s terrifying.” Eisenberg had to keep his shaved head…

Arrow, Season 3, Episode 18, ‘Public Enemy’ Review
The following is a review for Arrow, Season 3, Episode 18, “Public Enemy.” There will be spoilers. As Ra’s al Ghul turns Starling City against The Arrow, Oliver finds himself backed into a corner where he must decide what The Arrow truly stands for, and which direction he should choose when there are only two options remaining. Although Season 3 has been a far cry from much of what was accomplished in Season 2 when it comes to writing and story arc, there has been a noticeable slow and steady climb to a place where the payoff is beginning to have value. This is especially the case with this episode,…
