ARROW Star Stephen Amell Calls “Elseworlds” the Best Arrowverse Crossover Yet
This year’s Arrowverse, titled “Elseworlds,” will be a little smaller, having three shows instead of four. But, it will be a big deal. It will introduce Batwoman, Nora Fries, and Lois Lane to the Arrowverse, while Superman is set to return. Now, we have some more hints on what to expect, courtesy of Arrow star Stephen Amell. First Look: Ruby Rose Suits Up as The CW’s Batwoman
This year’s Arrowverse crossover, titled “Elseworlds,” will introduce Batwoman to The CW’s DC lineup. Played by Ruby Rose, the character will first appear in the three-episode event, before headlining her own show. And now, with filming on “Elseworlds” beginning, we have a first look. The CW has released a new promo image, giving us a first look at Rose suited up as Batwoman. The costume was designed by Colleen Atwood, who also created the suits for Green Arrow, Flash, and Supergirl. Elizabeth Tulloch Is Your Next Lois Lane. Get Hyped.
Lois Lane is heading to The Arrowverse!!! Today we have word from the Hollywood trades that actress Elizabeth Tulloch will be stepping into the reporter’s shoes for this fall’s Arrowverse crossover. The crossover is a huge three-night event, covering The Flash on Sunday, December 9th, Arrow on Monday, December 10th, and Supergirl on Tuesday, December 11th. The event is set feature the return of Tyler Hoechlin as Superman and introduce Ruby Rose as Batwoman. The 37 year old Tulloch most recently wrapped her run as the female lead on NBC’s Grimm, and also starred in the Oscar winning Best Picture, The Artist. BATWOMAN TV Series in the Works
Batwoman is coming to The CW! But wait. You’re confused. You already knew this from reading this article HERE? There’s more! We’re getting a Batwoman TV series! Hollywood Reporter has the details, but we’ll give you the gist. The series will star Kate Kane, DC Comic’s prominent LGBTQ superhero, street fighter extraordinaire, working on overcoming her demons. Kate will still be officially introduced in the crossover in December, but Greg Berlanti and Caroline Dries(Vampire Diaries, Smallville) are working on writing some scripts for the character if The CW should choose to greenlight a series.
