Birds of Prey is one of the many DC Comics movies Warner Brothers currently has in production with Walter Hamada in the helm. According to DanielRPK from SuperBroMovies, Warner Brothers wants Lady Gaga to take a role in the movie. This was later backed up by Mario from Revenge of the Fans, where he talked about it in the latest podcast episode for The Fanboy Podcast. A lot of it has appeared to do with her performance in the upcoming A Star is Born, which Warner Brothers produced. WONDER WOMAN 1984 Will Bring Back These Two Fan-Favorite Characters
Wonder Woman 1984 is in the middle of production, and despite taking place 70 years after its predecessor, it will have at least some characters from the first film. Chris Pine’s Steve Trevor is back, for example. And now, two more beloved characters are set to make their return. According to PORTER, actresses Robin Wright and Connie Nielsen are reprising their roles as General Antiope and Queen Hippolyta, respectively, in Wonder Woman 1984. BLACK ADAM Producer Offers Script Update, Teases an Edgy DC Movie
Last we heard on the Black Adam movie, star Dwayne Johnson suggested that production could begin in late 2019. Scribe Adam Sztykiel has been working on the screenplay, while a director hasn’t been hired yet. Now, we have a new update from a producer. Seven Bucks Productions president Hiram Garcia tells Collider that Black Adam is “definitely” happening, and the scripting process is going well. Alec Baldwin Has Already Exited JOKER Movie
Two days ago, it was reported that Alec Baldwin had joined the cast of Warner Bros.’ Joker movie as Thomas Wayne, aka the father of Bruce Wayne/Batman. It was a fun thought while it lasted, however. Baldwin tells USA Today that he has dropped out of Joker, citing a scheduling conflict. “I’m no longer doing that movie. Reed Morano Reportedly at the Top of SUPERGIRL Director Shortlist
It was recently revealed that a Supergirl movie is in development at Warner Bros. and DC Films. Writer Oren Uziel is working on the script, while the studio is said to be keen on hiring a female director. Now, it looks like we know who the studio wants to take the helm.
