After several years in development, Fox’s latest X-Men spinoff, New Mutants, is coming. The film will begin production in July for an April 13th, 2018 release. Last year, director Doug Liman came on board to tackle DC’s Justice League Dark movie, replacing Guillermo del Toro. In the past few weeks, Liman has been hyping up his take on the source material, promising a more personal and character-driven film. The trend of a post- or mid-credits scene in movies has become very common over the past decade or so. Marvel Studios popularized the concept of having at least one additional scene during or after the credits of each movie, teasing what’s to come next.
