Of course right as he’s about to open the cell Galavan shows up to stop him. We also learn that Butch is free of Penguin’s control and was helping Galavan trap Penguin. After much teasing, Dr. Hugo Strange is finally coming to Gotham. ComicBook.com confirms that actor B.D. Wong is set to play the future Batman villain on the Fox series, in a recurring role. Wong is best known for his role as Dr. Henry Wu in Jurassic Park and this year’s sequel, Jurassic World. In Gotham, Hugo Strange will be hired to run Arkham Asylum.
