San Diego Comic-Con 2015 unveiled its schedule for Saturday, July 11th today, and included is DC Entertainment’s night of superhero television. Everything from Arrow and The Flash to Gotham and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow will be present, as well as a screening of the Supergirl pilot. Also appearing is Vixen, The CW Seed’s animated spin-off from the world of Arrow that will premiere this fall. Yesterday, it was announced that Gotham had cast actor James Frain as villain Theo Galavan for season two. It was also revealed that casting was underway for Theo’s sister, Tabitha, aka Tigress. Now, the show has filled the antagonistic role. According to TV Line, Gracepoint actress Jessica Lucas is set to play Tigress in this season of Gotham. Word is coming from TV Line that one of next year’s villains will be Theo Galavan played by English Actor, James Frain. Premiere Date and Synopsis for GOTHAM Season Two Released
Fox has unveiled its fall 2015 schedule today, and included is the official premiere date for season two of Gotham, the hit Batman prequel series. Gotham will return on Monday, September 21st at 8 PM, the same timeslot it had for its first season. This season, however, Gotham won’t be the only DC show in this timeslot; CBS has slated Supergirl, which will premiere in November, in the same timeframe. How will this affect the two shows’ ratings? The CW will expand its take on the DC Universe, created by Arrow and The Flash, with a third series, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow. The midseason series will assemble supporting characters from both shows, such as Atom, Captain Cold and a resurrected Sara Lance. Today, the series has announced its showrunner. According to TV Line, The Tomorrow People‘s Phil Klemmer will serve as showrunner and executive producer on Legends of Tomorrow.
