CONSTANTINE Event Will Air on The CW
Constantine: City of Demons ran on The CW Seed (The CW’s digital service), but now it will air on The CW’s official TV station for a special event. The event is titled Constantine: The Legend Continues, and will be hosted by Matt Ryan (John Constantine) himself. The one hour special event will air on Monday, October 15th at 9:00 PM EST right after the Arrow season 7 premiere. Jessica Jones has lost its showrunner. Melissa Rosenberg will be leaving the series after Warner Bros. offered her an eight figure deal. Under her multi-year deal Rosenberg will help create new television series for WB. The third season of Jessica Jones will be her last. Tyler Hoechlin’s Superman Will Return for Arrowverse Crossover; Lois Lane Will Appear
The CW has another big announcement for its next Arrowverse crossover event, which will focus on Batwoman and Gotham City. The CW Announces Dates for 2018’s Arrowverse Crossover
This year’s Arrowverse crossover will be a bit smaller than usual. The event will introduce Ruby Rose’s Batwoman into the universe, with plans to spin her off into her own series. The three core shows – Arrow, The Flash, and Supergirl – will be involved, while Legends of Tomorrow won’t take any part. Now, we know when the crossover will air. According to our friends at Super Bro Movies, Elliot Knight (Life Sentence) has been cast as Don Hall on Titans. Knight will appear in flashbacks as the original Dove. With Star Wars Rebels finished and a seventh season of The Clone Wars not out until next year, Disney is moving forward with a new animated series. Star Wars Resistance takes place a few years before The Force Awakens, and it centers on a new Resistance pilot who spies on the First Order.
