Superheroes have taken the world by storm. Watch their movies, their shows, read their books and even play their games. We are obsessed with heroes. But what actually is a hero? Feature: Is TITANS Destined to Fail?
I love the Teen Titans. I love the characters, I love the stories, I love the giant T-shaped tower; it’s probably my favorite team in all of comics. It’s a series for all ages, so when we have rumors of the very first live-action adaptation being in a TV-MA rating range, It makes me a little nervous. Titans tone is that of The Avengers, not The Defenders. For those who don’t know, the Teen Titans are a group of young heroes (mostly sidekicks) who band together and form their own team. The team consisted of Robin (Dick Grayson), Changeling, Starfire, Raven, and Cyborg. With Kid Flash, Donna Troy and others…

SHAZAM! Will not Reference Captain Marvel Title
There has been some confusion as of late when it comes to the title of Captain Marvel. We have Mar-Vell, Marvel Comics’ original Captain Marvel, we have Billy Batson, DC’s Captain Marvel, and we have Carol Danvers, Marvel’s current Captain Marvel. With both Marvel and DC releasing films starring their respective Captain Marvel’s how will they keep this from getting more confusing? Luckily, Shazam! director David Sandberg will help clear up the confusion. While talking with EW, Sandberg said: Let’s just say we’re going to have a bit of fun with that in the movie, but he’s basically known as Shazam, which makes sense because of the confusion. During Geoff Johns’ New 52 run,…

We Have Our First Look At SHAZAM!
During Warner Bros. Comic-Con panel, they released the first trailer for Shazam! The movie follows Billy Batson’s life from foster-child to superhero. Check out the trailer down below! We all have a superhero inside us, it just takes a bit of magic to bring it out. In Billy Batson’s (Angel) case, by shouting out one word—SHAZAM!—this streetwise 14-year-old foster kid can turn into the adult Super Hero Shazam (Levi), courtesy of an ancient wizard. Still, a kid at heart—inside a ripped, godlike body—Shazam revels in this adult version of himself by doing what any teen would do with superpowers: have fun with them! Can he fly? Does he have X-ray…
