ANT-MAN AND THE WASP Team Up in New Trailer
Still recovering from Avengers: Infinity War? Don’t worry, the next Marvel movie will be much lighter and funnier. Marvel Studios has released a new trailer for the sequel Ant-Man and The Wasp, which sees Scott Lang and Hope van Dyne teaming up on a new mission. For the longest time, fans have been speculating over the title for Marvel’s fourth Avengers movie, which will directly follow the shocking events of Infinity War. Marvel Begins the Search for a BLACK WIDOW Director
With Avengers: Infinity War in theaters now and Avengers 4 in post-production, Marvel Studios is putting together a slate for a fourth Phase of movies. Among these is the long-awaited Black Widow movie, starring Scarlett Johansson and written by Jac Schaeffer. Now, the studio has begun the search for a director. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Marvel is looking for a female director to take on Black Widow. So far, the studio has met with filmmakers Deniz Gamze Ergüven (Mustang), Chloé Zhao (The Rider), Amma Asante (A United Kingdom), and several others. Rumored BLACK WIDOW Movie Details May Reveal Time Period
After spending several Marvel movies in a supporting role, Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow will star in her own movie, scripted by Jac Schaeffer. So far, few details are known about the film, but a new rumor may shed some light on what to expect. According to That Hashtag Show, the Black Widow movie will follow Natasha in the United States 15 years after the fall of the Soviet Union. That would put it in the mid 2000s, and shortly before the events of Iron Man 2.
