We are now two months away from the release of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. However, yet another key casting announcement has been made for the film. It has been speculated that The Walking Dead alum Lauren Cohan had a role in the movie, and now, IMDb has confirmed this. Normally, IMDb is very unreliable for this type of thing, as anybody can go in and edit a movie’s page to include any info, true or false. After headlining CW Seed’s Vixen animated series, Megalyn Echikunwoke will play a live action version of Vixen on an episode of Arrow later this season. Alright, let’s all take a brief timeout from that kickass Suicide Squad trailer (I’ll be singing Bohemian Rhapsody for days.) and head even further out into the future of DC Film with a first look at Gal Gadot in Wonder Woman. As a part of The CW’s “Dawn of the Justice League” special, Warner Bros. has released a brand new trailer for Suicide Squad. The trailer is packed full of new footage from the highly anticipated film, which looks to be a unique entry in the comic book movie genre. Arrow returns with new episodes tomorrow night, and to celebrate, The CW has released a new trailer/sizzle reel. It contains plenty of new footage from the second half of season four, as Oliver Queen continues his quest to defeat Damien Darhk. And, as the life of Felicity hangs in the balance, will he resort to questionable tactics in his mission? Since his debut in 1972’s All-Star Western #10, Jonah Hex has been a fan-favorite character in the DC universe, with his Old West roots providing a change of pace for the fantastic superhero fare usually published by DC Comics. After the first attempt to translate the character to live-action, 2010’s Jonah Hex, starring Josh Brolin, ended in abysmal failure, fans have been clamoring for the character to receive a second chance, and their wish has just been granted.
