A big part of Arrow‘s fifth season was Oliver building a new team of vigilantes in Star City. Two of these new recruits were Rene Ramirez (Rick Gonzales), aka Wild Dog, and Dinah Drake (Julia Harkavy), who is training to become the new Black Canary.
