Possible SUICIDE SQUAD Scene Description Featuring Batman
After months of rumors, recent set photos have confirmed that Ben Affleck will reprise the role of Batman in 2016’s Suicide Squad movie, after making his debut in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice earlier that year. While very exciting, it is not exactly shocking, as the Dark Knight has had connections to the Squad and Amanda Waller in the comics. Meanwhile, The Joker – along with fellow Batman villains Harley Quinn, Deadshot and Killer Croc – are all present. So, it was inevitable that some sort of appearance from the character would be made. The question is, how and why is Batman in the film? [Warning: The Following Contains Possible SPOILERS From…

Mark Strong Sheds Doubt on Potential Sinestro Return for the DC Cinematic Universe
2011’s Green Lantern movie was a misfire, to say the least. However, one of its brightest aspects is undoubtedly Mark Strong’s portrayal of Sinestro. The actor’s performance was a perfect adaptation of the Green Lantern Corps member who will one day turn rogue, with a post-credits scene teasing his betrayal. However, with the movie bombing and a reboot in the works, we will not see that happen. Despite the film’s flaws, many fans have hoped that Strong’s Sinestro will return for the DC Cinematic Universe. Unfortunately, yet not surprisingly, the actor does not expect that he will return to the role. During an interview with MTV (transcription via ComicBook.com), Strong is…

As most know, back in 2007, director George Miller was developing Justice League: Mortal, a film that was set to unite DC’s greatest superheroes. However, the project was canned for a variety of reasons. While Zack Snyder will bring the Justice League to life in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice next year – leading directly into 2017’s Justice League Part One – it would have been interesting to see what Miller’s vision would have looked like. We’ll get a taste of that vision soon, as filmmaker Ryan Unicomb is developing a documentary titled Miller’s Justice League Mortal. The documentary will go behind-the-scenes of the failed production, with hopes to…
