JUSTICE LEAGUE DARK Movie Reportedly Shooting Next Year; Plot Details Revealed?
Director Guillermo del Toro recently dropped out of helming the Justice League Dark movie – currently called Dark Universe – but Warner Bros. is still moving ahead with the DC adaptation. According to The Tracking Board, the film will now be produced by Scott Rudin, whose latest film, Steve Jobs, opens this month. Del Toro is also on board to produce Dark Universe, for which he also wrote the script. Apparently, WB has prioritized Dark Universe so high, the movie is said to be aiming a 2016 production start date. That would mean a 2017 or 2018 theatrical release. New BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE Concept Art and Merchandise Revealed
With New York Comic-Con now underway, news for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice has been coming in. First up, DC All-Access interviewed costume designer Michael Wilkinson, where he talked about designing the suits for Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman. Most interestingly, the video included a lot of new concept art from the film, featuring the Trinity’s costumes. There’s even that one image of Batman from San Diego Comic-Con 2014 that hasn’t been released in high quality until now.
