AQUAMAN Sequel Moving Forward with Screenwriter
We’ve already talked countless times about Aquaman‘s huge success. With a $1.1 billion gross worldwide, it’s inevitable for at least one sequel to happen. Now, Arthur Curry’s next adventure is setting sail. Screenwriter David Leslie Johnson-McGoldrick has been hired to work on Aquaman 2. He previously wrote the first film with Will Beall, who shared story credit with Geoff Johns and director James Wan. Wan is also producing alongside Peter Safran. AQUAMAN Heading to Blu-Ray This Spring
DC Films‘ Aquaman is a massive hit, to put it lightly. The movie has earned more than $1 billion at the worldwide box office. Not only is it the biggest DC movie in history, but it’s one of Warner Bros.‘ biggest moneymakers in history. And now, the film is heading to home video. Marvel and Hulu Team Up for Slate of Animated Shows Starring Howard the Duck, M.O.D.O.K. and More
Following the success of Runaways, Marvel Television and Hulu are expanding their partnership in a big way. The two have announced a slate of adult animated shows. There will be four ongoing shows and a special animated event – a deal that doesn’t sound too different from the original Marvel/Netflix deal. DC Films‘ Aquaman was a huge success, breathing new life into the mega-franchise. Fans have been waiting on word about the inevitable sequel. But while we wait, Warner Bros. looks to be expanding the franchise in the form of a spinoff. LEGION to End After Season 3; Professor X Will Appear
So far, FX‘s Legion has run for two seasons, with a third on the way. Unfortunately for fans, all good things must come to an end, as the network had an announcement to make. Legion‘s third season will be its last, FX confirmed at the Television Critics Association (TCA) tour.
