While Arrow has been a very successful series for The CW and DC Entertainment, its third season this year has arguably seen a decline in quality. The first season was solid and the second was excellent, but many fans were disappointed by season three. I personally loved this season, but there was clearly a less focused storyline, and the Olicity storyline was mishandled.
