Next week marks the release of Action Comics #1000, a landmark issue that arrives in time for Superman’s 80th anniversary. To celebrate, we at WOBAM! Entertainment have some big plans to celebrate the Man of Steel. Beginning on Sunday, April 15th, we will run a week-long series of posts dedicated to Superman. Greetings readers! Today, we’re ready to introduce you to WOBAM! Entertainment, a new site dedicated to sharing comic book content. In December 2013, we launched Watchtower of Babel News, a blog focused on DC Entertainment’s films, television shows, and so much more. Our network then launched a Marvel-centric sister site, Astonishing Marvels, in April 2017. But now, the two sites have merged to give you everything in one place. After five theatrical movies, Spider-Man is finally in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Thanks to Marvel Studios and Sony’s contract, Peter Parker made his MCU debut in last year’s Captain America: Civil War, and he is headlining his own movie in this summer’s Spider-Man: Homecoming. He will also appear in a solo sequel, plus the next two Avengers movies.
