First Details on New ARROW, THE FLASH and SUPERGIRL Characters
Arrow and The Flash have finished their seasons, with Supergirl still going for a few more weeks. All three shows are returning for new seasons in the fall, and inevitably, that means new characters. Today, we have some new details on what to expect from those new characters. Per TV Line, Arrow is currently looking to cast two new recurring characters for its seventh season. Next Arrowverse Crossover to Introduce Batwoman and Gotham City
Over the years, The CW’s Arrowverse crossovers have featured the likes of Captain Boomerang, Vandal Savage, an alien invasion, and even Nazi doppelgangers from another Earth. Now, in this year’s crossover event, our heroes will be meeting a new ally. The CW has unveiled its fall schedule for the 2018-2019 season, ahead of its Upfronts presentation later today. The new schedule makes a couple big changes on the DC front, while we have confirmation of one show entering its final season. The CW has officially announced that ten of its shows have been picked up for new seasons. These include six comic book adaptations. Arrow, the show that launched the network’s Arrowverse has been renewed for a seventh season. Midseason hit Black Lightning, based on the DC comic, will be back for a second season. Katrina Law Returning to ARROW This Season
The Daughter of the Demon is returning to Arrow for episode sixteen this season, titled “The Thanatos Guild,” according to Variety. The episode is said to be one that will change Arrow forever, as Nyssa (played by Katrina Law) will come to Star City with news of an impending danger that will affect everyone on the show. When we last saw Nyssa al Ghul on Arrow, she aligned herself with Oliver Queen and others to defeat Adrian Chase (and her sister Talia) on Lian Yu in the season five finale.
