ABC Moving Forward with Marvel Show About Female Superheroes from WONDER WOMAN Writer
Marvel TV has been growing bigger and bigger every year, but it originally began on ABC with Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. in 2013. Since then, the two have collaborated on Agent Carter and Inhumans, which were both short-lived, while Freeform has Cloak and Dagger. But ABC has talked about bringing in a new Marvel series soon, specifically with a female lead. And now, it’s moving forward. Wonder Woman writer Allan Heinberg is developing an untitled Marvel series for ABC, which has given it a production commitment. The show is about female superheroes in the Marvel Universe, and it is expected to focus on lesser-known characters. No word on who exactly those characters…

Review: IRON FIST Seasons 1 and 2
Since I did Luke Cage seasons 1 and 2, I thought I might as well do both seasons of Iron Fist considering the second season is out now. Iron Fist season 1 is one of the worst shows of “television” I’ve seen in years. It feels like a generic Dallas clone with some supernatural elements to it. The fight scenes (which you would argue is a big key to an Iron Fist adaptation) is downright [insert censor beep here]. It also has some of the worst written lines I ever head. However, the worst aspect of the first season is the lead himself. I pulled my hair in frustration on more…

Most significantly, we’ll be getting a first look at Daredevil season three in its own panel, which will also be at Madison Square Garden. The show’s cast and producers will be on hand for the…

Marvel’s RUNAWAYS Will Show MCU Connections in Season 2
The Runaways will be returning for a second season on Hulu December 21st. The series has always felt like its own standalone story. So much so, you’d never know that it was set in the same world as Thor: Ragnarok or Avengers: Infinity War. Well, after the events of the first season, we will finally see that connection. During a set visit earlier this month, showrunners Josh Schwartz and Samantha Savage talked about referencing the larger MCU in the second season. We’ll have a reference, late in the season, that will probably be our first real breadcrumb that connects us to the MCU in some way, said Savage. Will it reference the events…
