FLASH SPOILER Review: Episode 2×09 – “Running to Stand Still”
The Flash (2×09 ) – “Running to Stand Still” Written by: Andrew Kreisberg Directed by: Kevin Tancharoen Okay, we’re back. No more crossovers or Legends prep, just some good old Flash goodness before we go into the Christmas Break. And speaking of being back, Zoom is chasing Wells through STAR Labs. Well, it’s a bit generous to call it a chase, it’s more like he’s toying with his food. When Zoom finally corners Wells he wishes him a “Merry Christmas.” Awwww, Zoom! You big softy! At Jitters, Iris and Joe are taking a break from Christmas shopping and playing a fun game called “Joe unknowingly drops a mega guilt trip…

FLASH SPOILER Review: Episode 2×07 – “Gorilla Warfare”
The Flash (2×07) – “Gorilla Warfare” Written by: Aaron & Todd Helbing Directed by: Dermott Downs After the recap, we open on Barry’s latest physical therapy session and considering he’s going from quote Charles at the end of X-Men First Class to a Doctor House impersonation in a little over a week I’d say Barry’s doing really, really well. However, we are all our worst critics and after he stumbles Barry slumps into Eobard’s old wheelchair feeling defeated. Speaking of people who aren’t the original Harrison Wells, Earth-2 Harrison is ready to go home to fight Zoom. He just needs Cisco to take him down to the Speed Cannon,…

FLASH SPOILER Review: Episode 2×06 – “Enter Zoom”
The Flash (2×06) – “Enter Zoom” Written by: Brooke Eikmeier and Gabrielle G Stanton Directed by: JJ Makaro After teasing a battle between Barry and Dr. Light, we travel back in time three days to find Barry questioning her in the Pipeline. She explains that she was supposed to kill him then throw something of his through the breech and Zoom would take her home. Actor Saïd Taghmaoui Joins WONDER WOMAN Cast and Posts First Set Photos
While Charles Roven says that filming is going to start towards the end of November, there’s been a lot of signs that production began on Wonder Woman this week. On November 9th, DC Entertainment Chief Creative Officer, Geoff Johns made a pair of tweets; one a photo from a location in Ricksmanworth, England and the other “@PattyJenks It’s THE DAY!“ Both could be dismissed as playful subterfuge on Johns’ part, however this is more concrete. French actor, Saïd Taghmaoui (American Hustle, Lost) took to his Facebook page to post a pair of photos. One of three director’s chairs with his name as well as the only confirmed members of the…

The Flash (2×05) – “The Darkness and the Light” Written by: Grainne Godfree and Ben Sokolowski Directed by: Steve Shill Now that Firestorm is on his way to Pittsburgh it’s time to start dealing with Zoom… But first we find ourselves on Earth-2 eight months earlier. Harrison Wells is introducing a new line of technology to detect metahumans. In the audience is Harrison’s daughter and what looks to me to be Kal-El’s golden age rocket (bonus points for that set designers.) The Flash shows up and the two have an argument about who’s more responsible for the Villain’s rampage. However, before anyone can say “Boys, boys! You’re both pretty!”…

Nicole Kidman in Talks to Join WONDER WOMAN
If all is on schedule, sometime in the next few days Patty Jenkins will call action on Wonder Woman starring Gal Gadot and Chris Pine. According to The Wrap one of the other actors on set may be Academy Award winner, Nicole Kidman. As is becoming the norm with the DC Extended Universe, the production is shrouded in secrecy even as filming is about to begin. Beyond director Patty Jenkins, Gadot and Pine and some possible filming locations we know almost nothing. Not long ago there were rumors that Eva Green and Sean Bean were being looked at for villain roles and last week there was a rumor that plot…

Jay, Cisco, Barry and Caitlin discuss the breach along with Dr. Stein and after Barry determines that the breach is too unstable for him to simply speed into Jay hypothesizes that they will have to find a way to stabilize it before he can use it to go home.
