The studio recently brought its release date up to November 1st, 2019, while Patty Jenkins will return to direct and co-write. Also, Gal Gadot will reprise her role as Diana Prince. DC Films’ Justice League is heading into its third weekend, but ahead of that, the movie has hit a key box office milestone. According to Forbes, Justice League has surpassed the $500 million mark at the worldwide box office. So far, the film has made about $179 million domestically, bringing its worldwide total to $505 million. Due to its colossal $300 million production budget (not counting marketing), Justice League reportedly needs to gross at least $700 million in order to break even. A few days ago, it was reported that James Franco is joining the X-Men universe as star and producer of Multiple Man, based on the character of the same name. The film centers on Jamie Madrox, a mutant who has the ability to create clones of himself. Now, Franco has addressed his involvement with the project. Its $94 million opening weekend was the franchise’s lowest to date, while it is supposed to make at least $700 million worldwide if it were to break even.
