Mattel is creating action figures based on DC Films’ Justice League, as part of its DC Multiverse line. Courtesy of the “Join the League” website, we now have a first look at these figures. Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 came out this summer, and it has been yet another winner for the studio. Marvel Studios will begin production on its latest sequel, Ant-Man and the Wasp, later this summer. Director Peyton Reed returns for the follow-up, along with stars Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly, Michael Douglas, and Michael Peña. Rudd co-wrote the script with Gabriel Ferrari. All four of The CW’s current DC shows – Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow – have been renewed for new seasons next fall. Anticipation is high for the next wave of DC TV, especially since all four seasons ended on exciting cliffhangers. As expected, Legends of Tomorrow will add new DC heroes to the Waverider Crew for its third season.
