LEGION to End After Season 3; Professor X Will Appear
So far, FX‘s Legion has run for two seasons, with a third on the way. Unfortunately for fans, all good things must come to an end, as the network had an announcement to make. Legion‘s third season will be its last, FX confirmed at the Television Critics Association (TCA) tour. The reasoning is that creator Noah Hawley always envisioned a three-season run, and he is still committed to that. The season will premiere sometime in June. In addition, the series will finally introduce David Haller‘s father in season three. Actor Harry Lloyd (Game of Thrones) is set to play Professor X, aka Charles Xavier. If you told me that Arrow’s 150th episode would take inspiration from The Office, I would’ve have thought you were crazy. Yet here we are. Emerald Archer takes a look back at Arrow’s long history. The next Arrowverse crossover will adapt the Crisis on Infinite Earths story arc. As it was such a huge deal in the comics, fans are expecting to have a similar impact on television. Now, we have some new teases on what to expect. The CW Renews All Five DC Shows and RIVERDALE
The CW has announced its early renewals for the 2019-2020 television season. Unsurprisingly, all of the network’s biggest hits – including every single DC show – will be back for new seasons in the fall. Arrow will return for an eighth season. The Flash will be back for a sixth season. Supergirl and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow are heading to their fifth seasons. Black Lightning‘s back for a third season. Amazon’s INVINCIBLE Reveals A-List Cast
Last week Revenge Of The Fans reported that Amazon’s upcoming animated series Invincible had a cast. Invincible is based off the Robert Kirkman comic series of the same name. The cast list found included: Steven Yeun (The Walking Dead), Zazie Beetz (Deadpool 2), Jason Mantzoukas (John Wick: Chapter 3-Parabellum), Gillian Jacobs (Community), Andrew Rannells (A Simple Favor), and Chris Dimantopoulos (Silicon Valley). TITANS season one was definitely one that struggled immensely trying to find its path, drawing ire far and wide from the DC fandom. The show was renewed for a season two a few weeks before the show premiered, drawing confusion from fans.
