POKEMON: THE POWER OF US Trailer Released
Yesterday, The Pokémon Company released a full-length trailer for Pokémon the Movie: The Power of Us. The Power of Us is the second movie in the retelling of Ash’s journey as a trainer. As someone who clocked out when it comes to The Pokémon Company’s animated material, I found the trailer harmless. If you are still a fan that follows it, I think this trailer is just for you. But gosh darn is the animation beautiful. What do you think of the trailer? Did you like it? Did you dislike it? Comment below and let us know or tweet at us at @WOBAMEnt.

JOKER Movie Casts its Alfred and Young Bruce Wayne
In addition to focusing on its titular character, Joker will feature Batman characters such as Thomas Wayne. Now, the film has added two more characters to its cast. Actors Dante Pereira-Olson (You Were Never Really Here) and Douglas Hodge (The Night Manager) have joined Joker as Bruce Wayne and Alfred Pennyworth, respectively. (Shoutout to our friends at Revenge of the Fans for breaking the news on Pereira-Olson’s casting.) No details are known on how Bruce and Alfred fit into this particular story, but it’s clear that Joker will explore a time before the Wayne parents are murdered. Also, in this continuity, Joker seems to be a lot older than Bruce,…

John Wesley Shipp’s Flash Will Return in Arrowverse’s “Elseworlds” Crossover
John Wesley Shipp has played a key supporting role on The Flash, first as Barry Allen’s father and then as speedster Jay Garrick. But before all that, he played Barry Allen himself in the 1990 The Flash television series. Well, it looks like he will reprise that role for the Arrowverse’s next crossover event. Arrow star Stephen Amell tweeted the following “Elseworlds” set photo, featuring Oliver Queen and Barry Allen in their swapped costumes, as well as Supergirl. But most significantly, it shows John Wesley Shipp in his original Flash costume. No big deal. Just working with @JohnWesleyShipp for the first time. Nice of him to dress up for the…

Marvel Studios Drops Untitled Movie from 2020 Schedule
Marvel Studios previously dated a bunch of untitled movies for the next few years, including three for 2020. However, it looks like one movie won’t be arriving that year, based on Disney’s latest schedule change. The untitled Marvel movie set for July 31st, 2020 has been removed from the schedule, and it is currently “undated.” As a result, Disney has moved Dwayne Johnson’s Jungle Cruise movie to July 24th, 2020. Of course, since it’s untitled, we don’t know what Marvel movie this was. But fans are already speculating that it could be Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, since that movie was expected to shoot next year for a 2020…
