Wesley Snipes Talks the Future of BLADE
If you are a comic book fan born in the late 1980s, early 1990s, you probably have heard of Blade starring Wesley Snipes. A comic book movie that stars a vampire killing hunter. Many consider Wesley Snipes to be for Blade what other see Hugh Jackman as Wolverine and Christopher Reeve as Superman. Recasting is a hard task, for any major role, and Snipes definitely agrees. He says whoever plays Blade has to be able to dance, perform martial arts, act well, be in shape, and have some sex appeal. He also said the studio has already tried recasting once, before Blade: Trinity. You can read the full interview HERE. …

RUMOR: Lady Gaga Courted for BIRDS OF PREY
Birds of Prey is one of the many DC Comics movies Warner Brothers currently has in production with Walter Hamada in the helm. According to DanielRPK from SuperBroMovies, Warner Brothers wants Lady Gaga to take a role in the movie. This was later backed up by Mario from Revenge of the Fans, where he talked about it in the latest podcast episode for The Fanboy Podcast. According to both sources, Lady Gaga apparently brings a performance worthy of an Oscar nomination. With that in mind, we wanna know…

Review: ATTACK ON TITAN Season 3 Episodes 2-6
Just like with the Eden Zero review HERE, the missing episodes of Attack on Titans will be reviewed all at once. When I last left them off, Eren and the gang had gotten ambushed by The Military Police. To make matters worse, it looks like the leader of the squad that ambushes them is someone that has a dark history with Levi. Where the anime is right now, shows perfectly why many calls this show Japan’s The Walking Dead. Instead of focusing on Titan killing action, there is now a lot more political conflicts inside the wall. But honestly? I think Attack on Titans execute the “trust no one” scenario…

Captain Marvel (aka Carol Danvers) movie is something that has been on peoples radar for a while. Many have asked where some official photos have been after the set leak a while back, but also where the trailer is considering the movie releases in March next year. Well, now we got our first official look at the movie thanks to Entertainment Weekly. The suit looks fantastic if you ask me. . We also got some plot description in the article by EW: “This is not a superhero who’s perfect or otherworldly or has some godlike connection,” says Boden, who’s MCU’s first female director. “But what makes her special is just…

WONDER WOMAN 1984 Will Bring Back These Two Fan-Favorite Characters
Wonder Woman 1984 is in the middle of production, and despite taking place 70 years after its predecessor, it will have at least some characters from the first film. Chris Pine’s Steve Trevor is back, for example. And now, two more beloved characters are set to make their return. According to PORTER, actresses Robin Wright and Connie Nielsen are reprising their roles as General Antiope and Queen Hippolyta, respectively, in Wonder Woman 1984. The two recently shot a flashback sequence for the sequel in Spain. Further details beyond that are unknown. Both characters played key supporting roles in Wonder Woman, while they had cameos in Justice League. While Hippolyta is…

Review: EDENS ZERO Chapters 4-9
Due to life, collecting shiny star balls and a lot of turn-based situations, I haven’t been able to keep up with the reviews lately. Meaning this review will be an overall recap of chapters 4 through 9. In the words of Quentin Tarantino, spoken by Leonardo DiCaprio: “You had my curiosity, but now you have my attention.” The classical Hiro Mashima tropes remain in this manga, don’t get me wrong. But now, it starts to feel like its own story and a possibly a good one at that. I would argue that this could end up as his best work yet (Yes I will eat my words later if I have to).…

SONG REVIEW: “Venom” by Eminem
It isn’t too often that Marshall Mathers drops a new sick beat. But these are uncommon times, and uncommon times call for uncommon measures. Take Sony’s latest motion picture: Venom, starring Tom Hardy (Mad Max: Fury Road, Star Trek: Nemesis) and Riz Ahmed (“Rogue One? Rogue One.”). Venom is a pretty good what if: What if Venom existed separate from Spider-Man? What if Venom was sorta-kinda-maybe in the MCU but also definitely-maybe-sorta not? And today, we have another what if to ask: What if Eminem contributed a song to a superhero film? Wonder no more, ladies and gents, for Slim Shady’s “Venom” has arrived. “Venom” is a pretty good movie…
