DEADPOOL 2 Already Breaking Some Advance Ticket Sales Records
We’re now less than a month away from the release of Fox’s Deadpool 2. This week, the studio released the final trailer, and advance tickets went on sale. Now, the film is already setting new records. Fandango has announced (via Deadline) that Deadpool 2 is currently on track to become the biggest R-rated pre-seller in the company’s history, beating 2015’s Fifty Shades of Grey. The film is also selling like crazy at Regal Cinemas, easily breaking their 24-hour record and outperforming IT. New Line Cinema is collaborating with DC Films on multiple projects, such as Shazam!, Black Adam, and several Vertigo titles. ARROW Gets a New Showrunner for Season 7
The CW recently renewed Arrow for a seventh season, and there are big changes on the way. Roy Harper will return as a series regular, while the season six finale is sad to be a real gamechanger. Now, there’s a shakeup behind-the-scenes. It has been announced (via Entertainment Weekly) that Arrow has upgraded Beth Schwartz, a longtime member of the writing room, to the role of showrunner for season seven.
