FX Renews LEGION for Season 3
X-Men-inspired series Legion is currently near the end of its second season on FX. But fans of the show shouldn’t worry, as it is now set to live on for another year. FX has announced (via TV Line) that Legion has been renewed for a third season. The new season will air sometime in 2019. Andrew Lincoln Leaving THE WALKING DEAD in Season 9
AMC’s The Walking Dead has become notorious for killing off many of its primary characters over its eight-season (and counting) run. So much so, that fans have wondered if Andrew Lincoln’s Rick Grimes, the show’s protagonist, would eventually die. Comic creator Robert Kirkman shed doubt on the idea earlier this year, despite a scene on the show hinting otherwise. However, it looks like Rick will be leaving us sooner than later. HBO’s WATCHMEN Sets Main Cast
We’re getting closer and closer to the latest take on Watchmen, which is being overseen by Damon Lindelof at HBO. This week, the network announced the primary cast for the show. Per TV Line, Watchmen will star Regina King (The Leftovers), Don Johnson (Miami Vice), Louis Gossett Jr. (Roots), Tim Blake Nelson (The Incredible Hulk), Adelaide Clemens (The Great Gatsby), and Andrew Howard (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.). Arrow and The Flash have finished their seasons, with Supergirl still going for a few more weeks. All three shows are returning for new seasons in the fall, and inevitably, that means new characters. SyFy Renews KRYPTON for Season 2
Ahead of its season one finale tomorrow night, SyFy has finally decided the fate of its Superman prequel series, Krypton. Today, the network announced (via TV Line) that the show has been renewed for a second season. This season has revolved around Seg-El, Superman’s grandfather, working with others to stop the pending threat of Brainiac, who seeks to collect Kandor City and (eventually) destroy Krypton. Among his allies are Adam Strange and General Zod, who are both from the future. Season two is expected to arrive sometime in 2019. Stay tuned for more news as we have it.

Over the years, The CW’s Arrowverse crossovers have featured the likes of Captain Boomerang, Vandal Savage, an alien invasion, and even Nazi doppelgangers from another Earth. SUPERGIRL and ARROW Shift to New Nights Next Fall, iZOMBIE Season 5 is Its Last
The CW has unveiled its fall schedule for the 2018-2019 season, ahead of its Upfronts presentation later today. The new schedule makes a couple big changes on the DC front, while we have confirmation of one show entering its final season. Supergirl is shifting from Mondays at 8 to Sundays at 8 PM EST for its fourth season, kicking off the network’s newly announced expansion to six nights a week.
