Weta’s Joe Letteri Teases “Standalone” Sequence In BATMAN V SUPERMAN: DAWN OF JUSTICE
Weta Digital supervisor Joe Letteri confirmed last year that the visual effects company was working on Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, following their stellar work on Man of Steel‘s Krypton opening sequence. The company is also known for its work on Avatar, the Middle-Earth franchise and the recent Planet of the Apes films. Warner Bros. recently announced its all-star cast for the DC Comics adaptation Suicide Squad. The supervillain team film will star Will Smith as Deadshot, Tom Hardy as Rick Flagg, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Jai Courtney as Captain Boomerang, Cara Delevingne as Enchantress, and Jared Leto as The Joker.
