Last month, it was reported that Breaking Bad‘s Michelle MacLaren had closed a deal to direct Wonder Woman for Warner Bros. The movie is also closing in on a writer, as Pan‘s Jason Fuchs is in talks to work on the script with MacLaren. The film will star Gal Gadot, who makes her debut as Diana Prince in 2016’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. The producers of Constantine took to twitter last night to update fans on the show’s return from the mid-season break. They presented it as a good news/bad news situation.  The “bad news” is that the show will return on January 16th, 2015, while the “good news” is that they will move into the 8 o’clock Eastern (7 Central) time slot. This snippet confirms the return of Steve Trevor (frequent Superman voice actor George Newbern) from Justice League: War, and it features his meeting with Cyborg (Shemar Moore) concerning the discovery of an event that could lead to a war with Atlantis. The past week has seen the leaking of various emails between Sony Pictures executives in what has become known as the “Sony Hack.” Naturally, a lot of details on the company’s movies, including its trouble Spider-Man film slate, have been leaked online. With Justice League: Throne of Atlantis set to hit stores next month, we now have details on its world premiere. Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has announced that DC Entertainment’s next animated movie will premiere at the Paley Center for Media in New York on January 26th, which is one day before its Blu-Ray/DVD release. Cast and crew members will be available for interviews and a panel discussion following the movie’s screening.
