20th Century Fox has finally dropped the second trailer for Dark Phoenix, the latest and final installment of the current X-Men franchise. The film is a new adaptation of the Dark Phoenix Saga from the comics. The movie will focus on Jean Grey(Sophie Turner) as she struggles with the Phoenix inside of her, leading to a conflict within the X-Men team. LEGION to End After Season 3; Professor X Will Appear
So far, FX‘s Legion has run for two seasons, with a third on the way. Unfortunately for fans, all good things must come to an end, as the network had an announcement to make. Legion‘s third season will be its last, FX confirmed at the Television Critics Association (TCA) tour. The reasoning is that creator Noah Hawley always envisioned a three-season run, and he is still committed to that. The season will premiere sometime in June. Fox Delays DARK PHOENIX Again, Sets DEADPOOL 2 PG-13 Cut for This Christmas
Despite releasing the long-awaited teaser trailer (touting its Valentines Day 2019 date) less than two days ago, 20th Century Fox has once again delayed the next X-Men movie, Dark Phoenix. The film will now hit theaters on June 7th, 2019. This puts it right in the heart of the summer, which – based on the competition – may not be the wisest bet. DEADPOOL 2: THE SUPER DUPER CUT Announced for Home Video
It was previously confirmed that Deadpool 2 will get an extended cut on home video, featuring 13 minutes of new footage. More recently, an early screening of the new cut was announced for San Diego Comic-Con next week. And now, Fox has made the big announcement. Deadpool 2: The Super Duper Cut will hit digital stores on August 7th, before arriving on Blu-Ray and 4K on August 21st.
