This summer, DC Films set New Line’s Shazam as the next installment of the DC Extended Universe. The film is expected to begin production in February. David F. Sandberg is directing from a script by Henry Gayden. Recently, pre-production began, with a wide range of young actors being sought to screentest for the Billy Batson role. The first DC movie post-Justice League will be Aquaman, a solo adventure for Jason Momoa’s King of Atlantis. The film has been undergoing production for several months now, while a short San Diego Comic-Con presentation was held a few weeks ago. Now, one of the movie’s actors has offered some insight.
