When Christopher Miller and Phil Lord were hired to write a story treatment for The Flash movie, the duo also considered directing. However, commitments to other projects, such as a Star Wars Han Solo prequel at Disney, have kept that from happening. So, who will helm the Scarlet Speedster’s very first movie? By now I’m sure many of you know that the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight has had major issues. With game-breaking bugs and glitches causing it to be pulled from store shelves. “Welcome to Super Hero High” DC SUPER HERO GIRLS Launches
As we reported HERE in April, DC has partnered with Mattel to launch the “DC Super Hero Girls” line as part of their effort to reach young girls. The site has gone live with profiles and games as well as a web-series. Recently, it has been rumored that George Miller was in talks to direct the Man of Steel sequel for Warner Bros. and DC. Last we heard, the follow-up film was pretty much his if he wanted it. This past summer, DC Collectibles revealed three statues from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. One is of Superman, one is of Batman, and one is of Batman’s mech armor suit. For those who’ve wondered where Iris’s mom is in the CW Flash show, worry no more! She will be played by actress Vanessa Williams.
